KONDI is your reliable partner in creating a comfortable climate
- KONDI embarked on its journey in 2010, establishing itself as a reliable force in the climatization market through the sale, installation, and servicing of split systems. Early on, the company made a name for itself as a trustworthy and innovative player in the industry.
- By 2014, KONDI expanded its scope by introducing an engineering division, positioning itself as a leader in the comprehensive design, sales, installation, and maintenance of sophisticated climate control solutions. This new division caters to a wide range of sectors — residential, commercial, and industrial — offering state-of-the-art technologies such as VRF systems, chillers, and heat pumps.
- In 2016, KONDI significantly bolstered its market presence by launching a regional distribution department. Thanks to strategic collaborations with top-tier importers across Ukraine, the company greatly enhanced its distribution network, solidifying its reach and impact in the industry.
- Despite facing difficult circumstances in 2022, KONDI pressed ahead with the launch of KONDI Distribution, facilitating the import of goods from Europe and China. This pivotal step broadened the company’s influence in the Ukrainian market and reinforced its dedication to growth.
- As of today, KONDI operates strategically located offices and warehouses in key Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv, Lviv, and Chernihiv. This infrastructure allows the company to provide swift and efficient service across the country (see map).
- Our team of more than 60 highly skilled professionals stands as the backbone of KONDI’s ongoing success. Their expertise ensures steady company growth and a consistently high level of service for our clients.
- By 2024 the first Climatization Community of Ukraine was founded. This visionary non-profit organization, established under the KONDI umbrella, aims to unite individuals and entrepreneurial minds in the climate technology sector. The initiative fosters collaboration, drives innovation, and creates opportunities to spark meaningful, lasting change across Ukraine and beyond.

Andrii & Anastasia Humeniuk
Andrii Humeniuk is the visionary founder of KONDI Company, one of Ukraine’s most distinguished and dynamic climatization brands, which has diversified its operations into several sectors, including KONDI Distribution, the Climatization Community of Ukraine, KONDI Brand, KONDI Pictures, KONDI Partners, and beyond.
Founded in 2010 as a modest regional business, Andrii took on the full spectrum of operations himself — from air conditioning installations to product sales and after-sales service. Driven by his relentless pursuit of growth and innovation, he embarked on numerous entrepreneurial ventures. Anastasiia joined the business a little later, overseeing marketing, team management, and acting as the creative driving force behind all processes within the company.
The regional business flourished rapidly, and before long, KONDI ascended to the top of the market, claiming the number one spot. It was time to scale up even further.
In 2022, undeterred by the challenging circumstances in the country, Andrew, alongside Anastasiia, launched KONDI Distribution, initiating the import of goods from Europe and China, further broadening the company’s footprint.
By 2024, the Humeniuk family, together with their trusted partners, established the Climatization Community of Ukraine — a visionary non-profit foundation under the KONDI umbrella. This initiative brings together people and entrepreneurial ideas within the climatization sector, fostering innovation and creating opportunities to drive meaningful change across Ukraine and further.
Currently, Andrew and Anastasiia Humeniuk dedicate all their time to developing various projects within their business. Most of their efforts are now focused on building ventures that will create a positive impact across Ukraine.
